Is there any beer I could brew and be ready by Thanksgiving? Well, the Sunday after? Yes, talk about procrastinating..I'm terrible at it.

At this point I don't care if it's a porter, wheat, whatever. Bonus would be if it could be "holiday" in nature...maybe a hefe with cranberry? I've already brewed a hefe though, so I'd like to try something different.

WDYT?

Yes one I know of... An American Wheat could probably be done if you brewed it today.

Grains stick to US 2-ROW and any wheat... No Crystal Malts
Hops: Hallertauer or Tettanger (Tett is better for this I think) Bitter with Magnum if you want.
I would use US-05 or 1056 for the yeast and add coriander in the flame out along with some lemon zest sanitized in some vodka.

It will come out pretty nice if I remember correctly

Ahhh, bummer. I'm still bottling. Well, onto Christmas then. (I better get moving!)
