I remember a long time ago there was some famous design chick, and she had this awesome term "Fashion Victim". Living and working around a college campus, I see this all the time. Currently it's those brown suede-like boots, spandex and some form of pullover on the torso. Good God man. That or the super long leather boots, mid length denim skirt and a sweater. I see it EVERY-EFFING-WHERE. Nobody has a mind of their own!!!
