So if my OG is 1.070 and FG is 1.020 I have something like 6.4%ABV?
It is 2 weeks in the primary and 2 weeks in the secondary, if I let it go will it continue on to have more ABV?

FG=Final gravity.


Clue's in the name

Final, not changing, done, finito, c'est fini.

Once the FG is reached by definition no further fermentation will happen and the alcohol % is decided.

Generally, it won't go much lower but the FG is determined when a reading at least 3 days later is unchanged.

Take another reading in 2-3 days. If it's the same, you've hit your FG.
