I've been reading this forum for a while, and wanted to drop in and say hello. Last weekend was my first experience brewing beer, and it was an enjoyable one!
Had a friend come over who had brewed once before, and we made an IPA. I was a little ambitious for my first brew, so we skipped the kit and bought the ingredients individually. The place we bought was very helpful, and gave us some tips/instructions with the ingredients chosen. I'll make a post later today with pictures, info and questions regarding the beer we are making.
Looking forward to many years of brewing.
