Howdy! My name is Luke and I'm a new brewer in College Station, TX. I'm a chemical engineer by trade and have my second batch of beer carbonating in the newly constructed kegerator.
Just wanted to introduce myself and say that so far I've already learned a lot from this board. I hope to be able to contribute more of my experiences in the future!
BTW, my job requires me to travel to Europe 10-12 times per year. So if you ever have any questions about "beers from over there", just let me know! If I haven't had it yet, I would certainly be happy to go drink a beer for you! LOL
