I just found this forum today and it looks like the lion's share of home brew information is inside here. Earlier this month I bought a 1 gallon small batch kit from Northern Brewer; the Caribou Slobber extract kit.
Tonight I cooked it up and set it aside to let the yeast do it's thing. Man I hope I did everything right.
I primarily like stouts and red ales and hope to learn how to brew my own stouts one day. Baby steps....:fro:
