Title explains it all. I've just come into some kegs and was wondering how I can use them as a secondary vessel. I think I have seen folks discussing this...
 
You could just finish regular primary and throw into keg to age if you want. I do that when I have another on tap already (dont have manifold or fridge space for more than one :( )
I usually hook up C02 and give it a little pressure to make sure its sealed when doing this just in case.
 
Purge your keg of O2, transfer, and apply ~10 - 15 psi of CO2 to seat the seal. That's it!, any more fermentation going on is ok and would aid in a self-carbonation. It's ok for it to be under pressure during a secondary. You should check it every couple days to make sure there is some CO2 in the head space so the beer doesn't spoil.
