how to setup Love controller?

i lost the paperwork that came with my love controller and just got it wired up from a diagram online but now that its on i have no idea how to set the temp on it. pushind the set button takes it through a sp on the screen and a temp ajustment from -50-150 and holding set takes it to a temp ajustment from 0-255. which does what?

Go to the cole parmer web site and the instructions can be downloaded from there. I had the same issue, got it set up and working, then forgot how to adjust the thing.
