I'm thinking of a light mango flavor from hops in the secondary.
How to get that, does anyone know.
Thanks.
Srinath.

I've never really got mango notes from these hops but they claim to produce it . Azzaca , Galaxy and Mosaic

To my taste, Citra hops taste of mango. If you combine them with Cascade they enhance the grapefruit.

Do your dry hopping right in the primary fermenter. It works great and you don't have nearly the chance for oxidation or infection that you get by moving the beer to secondary.

I don't start with a wort, I am hyper fermenting beer. I was just trying to help change the flavor because the beer I'm starting with already got hops (sometimes I don't know what hops).
Cool.

The most mango-like flavor I've got in my homebrew, hands down, has been from whirlpooling Mosaic and Citra together at around 170F. This combo was so evocative of mango for me that I renamed the beer "mango pale ale" after the fact, to help guests get a feel for what to expect.

I've also tried this combo as a dry hop, and it was good, but not really mango-like IMO.

Those syrups taste like Lysol. I'm used to eating real mangoes, right off the tree, some even un ripe, delish, but pucker like a mofo, lemon got nothing on a raw mango.
However I have got close enough to a real mango taste from concentrating a beer that had mango flavored hop schedule.
How close am I gonna get to that ???? No idea.
Cool.

I have to decode Double indemnity by legal remedy. Where you add it and what you boil it to and what ever flame out is etc etc I have to figure out as well.
Cool.
