So today I had a few hours to spare so I figured I'd start the Spiced Apple Cider kit I picked up at the brewhouse for something fun and easy for thanksgiving. Well in my watching the kid and the dog and talking to a friend I added the spiced flavoring into the initial mix (that's supposed to be added at bottling) thinking I grabbed the sweetener. I went ahead and added the sweeter too figuring WTH cant take the spice out now. I'm still going to let it run its course, but I'm just curious, how screwed am I on this turning out ok?
