Most of the time my beers will sit about 4 weeks before they go to keg. But time got away from this year. I made a HefeWheat & Honey Brown Ale today, June 13, nothing fancy. And the game plan is to keg on June 28 so they'll be ready on July 4th. Don't think it's too early but open to thoughts or opinions.

Should be just fine, almost all of my beers are in the keg by 2 wks. I may let bigger beers sit at room temp in the keg to age a bit but with those styles you should be fine, assuming that's a lower to medium gravity brown. Certainly plenty of time for the hefe.

I have a wheat that is at two weeks which I plan to keg tomorrow.

15 days is doable, I've done the same for wheats and the occasional pale.
My schedule is to dump in the dry hops on Day 10, start crashing on Day 14, keg at the end of Day 15.

These are all recipes I've done countless times so the results are pretty much wired...

Cheers!
