How much boiling wort could you chill to 45 degrees F through a single pass through a plate chiller using 30 gallons of glycol/water mixed in standard brewery ratio that's chilled to lets say 25 degrees F?

Anyone know how to calculate that?

Why are you chilling the wort so cold?

What are you anticipating for you flow rates? This will have alot to do with it....

To start you are dalking about a 20* difference between coolant and wort. that is ridiculous for a plate. I don't know if this will help you much but by 20 plate long( charts showed that a 20 p long out performs a 40 p short) has an input coolant temp of 64* ran at a flow rate of 3GPM( I use a flow meter) will drop 12G of boiling wort to 68* in 12-15 minutes single pass. If I run the wort slightly slower I can get a 2* difference.
