None this year, as I alternate seasonally between wines and meads. Last year I made 4 gallons:
- 2 gallons fru-fru organic honey, organically spiced mead
- 2 gallons el cheapo honey, McCormic spiced mead

Still aging. It's an experiment to see if all the fancy, more expensive ingredients are worth it or not.

3 Gallons of B.O.M.M....well almost a BOMM. I was short the fermaid K, but, I'm thrilled to say it's chugging right along. It chewed through 33 points in 39 hrs. So, while NOT a true BOMM, it's still faster, cleaner & already more delicious than the first 6 meads I made. Thank you, Bray.
