Almost forgot to tally the batch i did on the 25th.

20 pounds of home malt, dried for two days. Kilned at 150f for 12 hours, then blasted with 190f for 2 more hours. (trying something new), 4oz Jarrylo hops for ~45 min...10 gals into the fermenter, and gluco/yeast. And 'i made beer!'

so i bleached my fermenter, since the last two batches out of it would be called 'Essence of Feces', with a pleasant sourness i like...

anyway this one hasn't gone sour so i think i'm safe. 19.8#'s same as last, 2oz jarrylo hops for ~45 min, gluco. i just rinsed a empty keg for yeast, took off after 3 hours, fermenting.

If i add yeast the government considers it beer soooooo!....
