Finally brewed a Saison, even though ive never tasted one. Kept hearing about it on the Brewing Network. Was especially interested after the Sunday Session Crooked Stave Episode with all the Brett talk.

I didn't go back and check everyone's math ;)

15,135 gal (everyone else's)
+ 4.5 gal (Dunkelweizen)
+ 4.5 gal (Wheat dopplebock)
+ 5 gal (Spiced cider--still aging)
= 15149 gallons of goodness!

a Black IPA this weekend -

adjusting the math....going back a couple posts -

15149 (Reverend)
+Pinto's 5 = 15154
+ Solbes' 5 = 15159
+DangerRoss' 5.5 = 15164.5
+ my 5 =

15169.5

15186 + 5 gallons Porter (to be made into Blueberry Porter, provided it's not too heavy on the roasty notes) + 5 gallons Belgian Wit

15196

15265

+ 10 gallons of IPA + 10 gallons of Pale Ale + 10 gallons of Wheat + 5 gallons each of Amber and blonde =

15305 gallons
