( i need to work on upping my original water amount to account for boil off)

Going to do another batch this weekend.

Brewed 5 gallons of Autumn Amber Ale in January 2010. Followed that with 5 gallons of Liberty Cream Ale in February 2010. Currently, I've got 5 gallons of Irish Red Ale in secondary. Therefore, I have brewed 15 gallons so far this year. I've also got 5 gallons of apfelwein in a Better Bottle...but since that's not really brewed, I'll include it in EdWort's thread, rather than here.

6398 + 15 = 6413.
