We need to pick it up a bit if we are going to hit 10,000 by the end of the year!

We have slowed down to about 16 gallons a day. Will only hit 9671.896552
gallons by Christmas. I'll post an updated graph when we hit 8000.

I just aquired 5 new 6 gallon carboys and my family has been known to consume mass quantities of "adult beverages" come the holidays. I think I'll be down for a several more batches before the new year.

7989.5 + 5 = 7,994.5

2nd batch... first was with Cider yeast, this time I'm using Red Star Montrachet. Should of listened to EdWort the first time. Decent, but not great!

7,994.5+11= 8005.5

I made 5 gallons a while ago and just made 6 more tonight. I didn't think I'd like this stuff as much as I did.

I'm going to be in for at very least 10 and maybe 20 more before the end of the year....

I pledge to make another 12 before the end of the year. But if I avoid empty carboys it'll probably be more like 36.

Oh yeah. Got my second carboy today.

8005.5 + 6 = 8011.5

5 gallons tree top + Lalvin K1-V1116 started 8/23/2008
5 gallons Safeway Cider + Wyeast 3068 started 8/30/2008

8042.5 + 10 = 8052.5

Hi, I'm in for 15.5 G. Why? Because that .5 is just wrong. I'll try to figure out what to do with the extra 15 G.

Carry on.

8052.5 + 15.5 = 8,068

First batch, second time brewing. Mishap with my Better Bottle, sorry for the weird number.

8121 + 4.75 = 8125.75

just made 10 Gallons, woo hoo. can't wait to finally try it.... 10 gals might be a big commitment for a first try, though, but I'm sure I'll love it.

8177 + 10 = 8187
