How many gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein have been made?

+5 I used 3 lbs of dextrose instead of 2 and k1-v116 yeast...10%abv, here I come! ::drunk::

+6 gallons, using EC-1118 and 3 lbs cane sugar for an OG of 1.075. If it goes down to 1.000 (or less) I'm looking at 10% ABV ::drunk::

If it's not the exact recipe can you still post that you brewed aplfelwein? for instance I'm making ginger cider using apfelwein recipe but with ginger… I don't think the number can be as accurate with this issue.. imo the non recipe followers should be removed from list… lol any volunteers to transfer legit post onto new thread hah? I'm not trying to stir the **** pot i swear, and I'm not trolling just curious..
We are way too far into this to change! I think if you are using EdWort's basic recipe and then modifying it one way or another, it is OK. :mug:

+20 = 27,480 (I have made a few batches and forgot about this thread).

We're at over 124 barrels a year since this thread started...
