If it's not the exact recipe can you still post that you brewed aplfelwein? for instance I'm making ginger cider using apfelwein recipe but with ginger… I don't think the number can be as accurate with this issue.. imo the non recipe followers should be removed from list… lol any volunteers to transfer legit post onto new thread hah? I'm not trying to stir the **** pot i swear, and I'm not trolling just curious..

We are way too far into this to change! I think if you are using EdWort's basic recipe and then modifying it one way or another, it is OK.
