Started 16 gallons in the last two weeks. Two 5 gallons, a 3gallon, and three 1 gallons.

787 + 16 = 803

I just started five more gallons. Well actually didn’t start anything. I got five gallons I’m gonna let go to spontaneously ferment.

803 + 5 = 808

Yeah it was my most fav. I’m guarding the last six. What was your ratios? Fruit or juice.

i did 5.5 gallons of apple juice and after two weeks i did 3 pounds of tart cherries i bought from Costco.

i plan to swap out the 2 pounds of brow sugar with just white cane. i also plan to take the cherries out and let the yeast settle out for a week this time. i pulled the fruit and bottled the same day.

Thanks. I started 5.5 gal. with 71b-1122 ten days ago.

Today I racked it on top of 3 pounds of frozen cherries from B.J.’s. Most of the yeast went down the drain.

3 gallons w/ Red Star Premier Blanc
1 gallon Caramel Apple Cider w/ Nottingham
1 gallon Grahams English Cider w/ Nottingham
4 gallons English Cider w/ WLP775

851 + 9 = 860

875+5=880
Just started another 5 gallons with a medium floc yeast...stupid first batch was low floc and isn't clarifying :(

880 + 6 = 886 gallons
6 gallons of homebrew shop bulk buy cider on Imperial Harvest L17 @ 50 F. going to rack in one week into a 5 gallon carboy with 1 lb homebrew shop bulk buy honey from july and then into a keg, and 1/2 gallon onto 1/5 oz juiced ginger with the remainder onto liberty hops and into bottles.

5 gal of sparkling cider.
Used a mixture of store bought juice and raw juice from a friend's orchard. Added 3lbs extra sugar to push the OG to 1.084 and fermenting dry with EC-1118. Will backsweeten with another gallon of raw juice and then pasteurize.

891 + 5 = 896

6 gallons Northern Spy blend on WLP775
5 gallons Roxbury Russet on WLP773
3 gallons Dabinett on WLP773
3 gallons Hudsons Golden Gem, Snow & Ambrosia blend on Safale S-04

Plenty of wild crabapple among all 4 batches

Will do. Just pressed the last of the russetts and the stuff was the color of lemonade even though the SG was 1.066. Wish I could have left them on the tree a week longer but that freeze was bearing down on me.

1 gallon of Roxbury Russet and Newtown Pippin blend. SG is 1.064 with a wild ferment.

1,038 + 1 = 1,039

My first Cider. 2 gallon apple juice fermented dry on a cherry stout yeast cake and trub. It has lots of character; I like it.
1049 + 2 = 1051
