Semi-dry Summer Cider in the Keg and Carbed.
 
I made a gallon. Apple Cherry / sugar / ec-1118. not sure how it tastest yet... but technically it's cider. hopefully, and not vinegar.,..
 
For the two posts above me = 244 + 1.32 + 1 = 246.32

And mine:
1G Kirkland Apple Juice cider

247.32 gallons

First time! 1 gal with EC1118 and 1 gal with Muntons Ale yeast! More to come!!!

First time I've ever made it. Sure do love that WLP775 English Cider Yeast!! 3gals in the mini keg and 5 gals still in the fermenter.

Two gallons in a basket demijohn, added some sugar and nutrient but it started fermenting by itself so didn't need to add any packet yeast.

385 + 2 = 387
