add another 20 gallons since last post

First time I've ever made it. Sure do love that WLP775 English Cider Yeast!! 3gals in the mini keg and 5 gals still in the fermenter.

377 + 8 = 385

Two gallons in a basket demijohn, added some sugar and nutrient but it started fermenting by itself so didn't need to add any packet yeast.

385 + 2 = 387

So far......

6x5 = 30+

7 gallon super cyser in primary, almost ready to secondary +
6 gallon cider with 4# brown sugar = 43
437+43= 480

going to start 6.5 gallons of Pappy's pub cider next week.

Pear cider, 11 gallons, made from Hood pears that I grew. Last name is Hood, so pretty cool. Bottled 1 gallon, the other 10 are going to rest for a bit.
First tasting was excellent.
480+11= 491

Yeast: WLP720-Sweet mead/wine and WLP775-English Cider

Nine gallons of cider made from windfall apples gathered from 4 or 5 different trees, wild yeast fermentation, some sugar added to bring the alcohol volume up by a few points.

498 + 9 = 507

I just started 3 x 5 gal. for next year. So 515 + 15 = 530!

49 gallons - First year making cider! Hope it turns out.
So far fave yeast is Mangrove Jacks M02
9 gallons wild yeast
rest are various wine, champagne, cider and ale yeasts

530+49 = 579!!

Don't go backwards guys... we were @ 579 + aurora's 40 gallons.

My public school math says that's 619. ;-)
