First time! 1 gal with EC1118 and 1 gal with Muntons Ale yeast! More to come!!!

First time I've ever made it. Sure do love that WLP775 English Cider Yeast!! 3gals in the mini keg and 5 gals still in the fermenter.

Two gallons in a basket demijohn, added some sugar and nutrient but it started fermenting by itself so didn't need to add any packet yeast.

Pear cider, 11 gallons, made from Hood pears that I grew. Last name is Hood, so pretty cool. Bottled 1 gallon, the other 10 are going to rest for a bit.
First tasting was excellent.

Nine gallons of cider made from windfall apples gathered from 4 or 5 different trees, wild yeast fermentation, some sugar added to bring the alcohol volume up by a few points.

498 + 9 = 507
 
49 gallons - First year making cider! Hope it turns out.
So far fave yeast is Mangrove Jacks M02
9 gallons wild yeast
rest are various wine, champagne, cider and ale yeasts

530+49 = 579!!
