First time cider brewer here, 15 gallons of fresh pressed from a local couple who has a few apple trees. 1.060 SG, all Golden Delicious.

Looks like frodus17 got us up to 612.5. Add my half gallon experiment to get us back even at 613.

I've got 18 gallons brewing right now... so that brings the total up to 631+18= 649 gallons of cider!

I only bottled five gal. started this year. Previously reported. Ironically I'm still bottling cider I started in 2014. I have 5 gal. in the corny that's over a year old. It will be bottled soon. I finally started a second 5 gal. This year. It's in the primary with cranberries!

I did 20 gallons this year. So we're at 861 with PKnotlost and my 20 makes 891 gallons I think.
