i got ~10 gallons of 1.058 off 20lbs homemalt cooling, i'm going to put the yeast and gluco in the fermenter in a second. figure pouring the wort will mix it up better that way, so i'm kinda jumping the gun....just barley syrup right now with bad intentions!
