This year I'll start off with an Eisbock. Brewed today, ready for NEW YEARS EVE 2021. This bad boy is going to take awhile.

"Dirty Dish" amber i forgot to add. almost done with the first keg. it's mellowed a lot, and now is just overly carmely...hopeing second keg aged as well...

20lb's homemalt, 1lb 60L crystal. 1oz cascade for 60m....think it got infected :( but hell it's beer!
