i over boiled, but got ~9.7 gals of 1.070 from 23lb's malt......stoutish, 20lb's viking pale, 1lb each of caramunich, choclate rye, and black patent, 2 oz's chinook for 45min...

how did you do your blackberry berliner...I have one in the fermenter right now. Used half a container of the Goodbellys lacto planarum...seems to have a lot of blackberry flavor already,nice lingering tartness from the souring,post 2nd boil. I was originally planning on secondary'ing 4 pounds of blackberries but I may cut it back to only 2 pounds+juice or 4 limes.
Look up my recipe "Crystal Brew Persuasion" ,please compare notes with me.
