I normally force carb kegs but thought I'd give natural carbing a try. Primed my oatmeal stout with 50g of sugar, or about half what I would normally use for bottle conditioning. If the carbonation ends up a bit low I can force carb the rest.
How long should I leave the keg to carb? Is it 2-3 weeks like bottle conditioning or do things happen quicker in the keg?
