Hey guys I have my first ever Brett beer in secondary right now, its a Saison that i let ferment with Omega Saisonstein's Monster for 4 weeks in primary, then racked to secondary and pitched Brett B. I was wondering how long I should bulk age this before bottling. i was thinking around 3-6 months but would love some input.

I've gone up to 4months but that beer ended up getting dumped (not by me) so I never got to tasste the final product. The other 3 brett beers I've done (1 co-pitch, 2 in secondary) I only had the patience to let it go like 9 weeks. It had plenty of brett character by then so i bottled them. They are still developing in the bottle though

At least a month, up to 6 months. Bottle when gravity is stable and you like how it tastes.
