I have a cider that's been in primary for about three weeks now. I plan to go straight to keg, stabilize, add tamarind concentrate, and back sweeten, though I could move it to a secondary if suggested. If I go straight to keg, it might be a couple more weeks. Will that be ok, or too long on the yeast cake?

Some use a secondary, many don't. I do sometimes, depending on the amount of sediments in the primary. In general, I don't think two more weeks in the primary will hurt anything.

Also, your tamarind concentrate will probably be all the sweetening you need, depending on how much you use and how sweet you want it. Just remember, you can always add more sweetness, you can't take it out.
