My tolerance is disgusting. You don't even want to know how much I can drink.

+1 here. With the rest of my diet and exercise I should be about 30 lbs lighter than I am now. I just love beer far too much.

Takes me at least 2 (5% ABV) pints before i start feeling anything, 5 pints is starting to be a decent buzz, 8 and im beginning to do air guitar along old 80's hard rock tunes like im on a mission. *LOL*

Im 180 lbs.

It's funny, I can have a sip of my hydrometer sample and I can feel it in my body. I wouldn't consider myself buzzed though until I hit two pints in an hour or three pints in two. It takes a lot to actually get me drunk though. My girlfriend actually asked me to get drunk because she had never seen it and can't tell when I drink. We went and got a fifth of scotch. She can't say she's never seen it anymore :) :tank:

You have quite a point but then why would wine not hit me hard it has a much higher alchol content? then again the beer wears off quicker, already starting to be clear headed. I bottled in some in one liter bottles so of course we have to drink it all up right away when we open it so it does not lose pressure. HWMBC drinks it with no problem and it knocks me down. I guess I will just have to live with that.

But then again when you drink wine you arent drinking a 'pint' of wine at a time are you? (If not - I wouldnt suggest doing that) I did that with apfelwein ONCE.

Yeah, big mistake...
