How do I use my 7, 1 gallon demijohns?

Managed to persuade someone to sell me 7 demijohns for a tenner. But I'm debating how to use them.
Shall I cook up some small batch brews or split one brew and dry hop with different varieties?
What have you fine people all done?

If you are trying something completely different and new, maybe do a 1 gallon batch. If you want to try different yeasts or dry hops, do a big brew and split it.

I will be experimenting with splitting a batch possibly tonight.
I have a 4 gallon Aipa that I did 2 weeks ago and I'm gonna dry hop it with 4 different hops.
20g citra
20g Amarillo
20g cascade
One with nothing
They will be dry hopped with pellets for 7 days then cold crashed for 4 days.
Any tips?
