how do i take this apart and reuse it????

i have a couple of these around the house. i want to clean and reuse them. how do i take them apart and clean them????

This only works with certain style of mini keg and i think its the one you have, i cant remember offhand sorry it was late last night when i thumbed through it, but that thread details everything
