Can anyone tell me how I formulate a recipe from this LMSs?

http://www.weyermann.de/eng/produkte.asp?PN=2&idkat=27&umenue=yes&idmenue=37&sprache=2

One thing that is confusing is that the "Vienna Red", for instance, doesnt give a specific value in the description of it. It gives a min and max. Lovibond can be 15.6-19.3. Which probably makes it difficult to work with that data.

I simply dont know how much sugar this LMS can contribute to the beer.

I use brewtoad to create my recipes and I should do the PPG of these extracts.

Cheers

LMS? Do you mean LME? For the lovibond I would just go with the median value. In this case approximately 17.5.

For the gravity points I don't know how to convert from SI to the english units that I use. Weyermann is specing that at 1.4g/ml SG. If it is like most other liquid malt extract then you could figure on about 36ppg.
