How accurate are the Mash Profiles on Beersmith 3?

Just curious? Should I follow what its telling me? Temps seem good mash in and sparge quantities seem off. Been out of the game for a while though so I may be over thinking.

As long as you have your equipment profile set up it should be pretty accurate. I use it for 15 gal batches on a 3 vessel eherms and its dead on for me.

As bailey mountain brewer stated, it is only as accurate as your equipment profile allows it to be. If you have the wrong volume assumptions in your equipment profile, it may be reflected in inaccurate volumes for your mash and sparge. I also highly recommend making sure that the mash profile is customized to how you want your process to operate.
