Learn to create recipes within the characteristics of the target style. We will go over the calculations and variables that determine gravity, bitterness and color. During this class, you will create your own recipe and receive a discount on the ingredients to brew your batch. Part 2 of this class will include tasting and discussing your brew and its characteristics.
