hose from tank to regulator

currently i have my c02 tank inside the keezer with the regulator mounted onto the tank, with an air splitter attached to it. i want to move the tank outside. when running the house from the regulator to the air splitter mounted inside the kegerator, can i use regular gas hose or do you need to use the high pressure hose http://stores.kegconnection.com/Detail.bok?no=291? thanks guys!

i have a dual pressure regulator and will be getting a 6 way splitter for each keg and a 2 way for the carbing side. i was hoping i would just be able to use my 1/4 inch gas hose i have laying around...

The high pressure hose is for if you are mounting the regulator away from the tank, It would go between the tank output and the regulator. If I understand your post correctly you will have the regulator on the tank, and be running the hose off the regulator output. In this case your pressure is already stepped down and you can use standard gas line hose.

Actually in your application you are still OK with standard gas line hose. I just wanted to correct for safety that after reading the description on the hose you posted it does not appear to be designed for pure tank pressure which is somewhere in the 1000psi + range. Rather it looks to be designed to be used in a step down application where tank pressure is already being lowered by a primary regulator, but you are running a higher than normal output to a remote regulator that will step it down further.

At any rate in your application standard gas hose is fine.
