Hops Ruined???

I stupidly forgot to put a few ounces of pellet hops I bought yesterday in the fridge. They were in the garage and sitting out for about 24 hrs. The temps ranged from about 40 to 55. I'm planning on brewing Sunday with these but with not being refrigerated, are they ruined? The LBHS is 30 miles away...

No they are fine. They spent days out of the fridge/freezers when they were shipped to your LHBS. No worries.

Believe it or not some shops actually don't even store them in the fridge or freezer.

i'd throw them away. the best place to throw them is in the beer you were going to brew. they're fine. we all leave hops out every now and then (accidentally)
