Fairly new all-grain brewer looking to do a coffee IPA. Wondering what kind of hops has anyone used for this type? I’m partial to Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra but not sure how the coffee would mesh taste wise with those types. TIA for any help!

Stone makes a great coffee IPA. Try Googling that to see what they use as a starting point.

a black IPA would be good with coffee. but a IPA ew never had one.
