Looks pretty good! Those are nice hop combos, and I like how you're using Magnum for bittering. The only suggestion I'd make is to take the 30 minute additions and add them to the late additions, like maybe even at 5 or at flameout. You get more out of the hops the later you add them. Cheers!

Cheers man. Is that enough Magnum fir bittering?
I'll take that on board. Still learning and experimenting here.

Bittering is all personal preference. I like tongue-puckering bitterness in my IPAs, so I use 2 oz of a high alpha hop (Columbus) at 60. Others don't like so much. I know that Northern Brewer's most popular IPA recipe uses only .75 oz of Centennial at 60, so .50 of Magnum might be just fine.

I'd also ditch the 30 minute additions and add those to 5 or flameout. I like to hot steep for 10-20 minutes before chilling to extract some bitterness from those too, but it won't be a tongue coating harsh bitter. I favor it that way, but as Jon said, it's all personal preference.

Cheers, interesting thoughts.
So given the consensus here,I'll ditch the 30 minute additions and move them to 5 and flameout.

Much appreciated.😊

OK, I've tweaked things and this is what we're going with tomorrow. Fingers crossed

Your attenuation will def be higher than that. What do you plan to mash at?
No matter what style of beer, I really don't see a point of adding hops between 45 - 15 min end of boil.
Are you going to do any flameout or Hopstand hops?

No worries, just tidied it up a bit there.

Have I got enough Magnum for bittering

Brewed this morning, used Safale US-05 in the end. Had O.G. 1060, a bit below but I'm sure it'll be fine.

So now, 3 weeks later I've moved to secondary dry hopped and playing the waiting game.

However, the F. G. was 1.020, a bit higher than what it should be. Tasted fine when I took the gravity reading.
Fermentation was slow but consistent, maybe it got a bit cold, at the bottom of the recommended fermentation temperature range, around 15°C ( 59°F)

Do I need to worry? Is it too high to bottle?
