I am going to make a half (2.5 gal) batch of beer. I have three oz of hops one each of Chinook, Cascade, and NZ Pacifica. I want to make this pretty hoppy. Any input on a hop schedule would be much appreciated.

I wouldn't do a whole ounce of Chinook for a 2.5 gallon batch... at a 1.054 OG that would give you over 90 IBU's! I wouldn't put more than a half ounce in for bittering. Try .5 oz Chinook at 60 min, throw the other .5 oz in at flameout with .5 oz of the Cascade, and use .5 oz of Cascade with the 1 oz of Pacifica for a dry hop. Good luck!
