I'm trying to brew something that'll be light and relatively crisp, nonthreatening but still with interesting malt flavor - vaguely in the direction of a cream ale, but without any rigid adherence to "cream ale best practices."
That said, I am wondering if anyone has a suggestion from among these for a hop that'd go better with the grains and yeast I've selected below than the Northern Brewer I was gonna use because I have a bunch of pellets in the fridge:
10lb Pale 2-Row
8oz Carapils
4oz Caravienne
4oz Special Roast
Single Infusion, Light Body per Beersmith
Nottingham Yeast
15-20 IBU
