Hey There,

Just looking for everyone's opinion on The best hops combination to give a Simple IPA a nice Black Pepper, and Lime/Citrus Kick?

1.0 oz Of Columbus for bittering
0.5 oz of El Dorado in the middle
0.5 oz of Crystal towards end
0.5 oz of Equinox towards end
1.0 oz of Columbus at End
0.5 oz of Aurora at end

Anyone have any input?

Equinox is nice, not sure its pepper (normally that description refers to capsicum) but more papaya to my taste.

The above is a good suggestion, and another (which I haven't tried) is cashmere

Lemondrop is also great, though cleaner citrus (lemon/lime)

If it where me I would do Equinox and lemondrop with a touch of Saaz. Use some flaked wheat & wheat malt in the grain bill and a slightly tart yeast
