Hop scaling in BeerSmith

I have recently switched to 10 gallon all grain batches and the resulting beers seem to be sweeter than the 5 gal versions. It could be me or some other anomaly. Anyone experience an issue scaling a recipe up in BeerSmith and having insufficient bittering?

When I went to a larger kettle the scaling works just fine. My problem was that my larger kettle was less efficient and I ended up with a couple of sweeter, less bitter batches until I had my efficiency correct in Beersmith.
