Here is the prototype of my version of a hop hanger...... I wanted the hop sock off to the side so it wouldn't interfere with the wort chiller, stirring, or whatever else I may need to do....... Now I just need to schedule a brew day to test it out. I do plan on using a SS hose clamp in place of the drawstring.
