Hop Extract

I'm loving the hop shots for bittering my ipas lately and see they offer bulk cans of the stuff. Just curious if anyone buys it in bulk and if so, how perishable is it? Any tips on storage of the unused portion?

I bought a can of hop extract last summer, filled up a bunch of syringes w/caps, sealed them in ziploc bags and I keep them in the fridge. I've been using them for IPAs ever since. I've probably got enough for my next two brews. I've been very happy with the results and I'll probably do it again.
