Before fermentation OG 1.040 (Light Ale).

After 6 days I added 1kg of honey.

Which FG should/will be "right"?

Honey is extremely fermentable. I would expect that your FG would not change by a great deal. You can expect higher ABV.

Don't expect much honey flavor either. Honey is extremely fermentable and just about 100% of it will be fermented.

Other than that, I cannot offer much as far as what you can expect without details. Details like, type of yeast used, temp. fermented, size of batch, stuff like that.

In general though, honey is 100% fermentable. I.E., all of it gets eaten by the yeasts.
