You are in luck, I have the recipe from Turoni's, it may take me a few to find it, but I'll post back. I love the BlueEyed Moose.
My wife's uncle and I are only a few years apart in age and we both enjoy craft beer. He is a truck driver near Indy and gets called in to run a route in Evansville every now and then and during one of those events he stayed there for a couple of nights and found Turoni's. So he's in there sending me pictures and tasting notes from the bar and going on about this Blue Eyed Moose so I asked him to bring a growler to our campsite on the Ohio River that weekend and he showed up with two of them. That is a tasty IPA, we both really enjoyed it. So the next time he was down there on a run(just a few weeks ago) he stopped in Turoni's again and now he's messing with me sending me pictures of the Moose and laughing it up that he's having some and I wasn't. I sent him a message and asked him to ask the bar tender if they would share the recipe and this ladies and gentlemen is what they provided me with. I have not tried it yet, let us know how it turns out if you do it. Enjoy.
