Do you plan on taking it apart to clean after each use? Make sure you get a really good CIP system going - a plate chiller isn't easy to keep clean on its own, let alone with all that hard plumbing running to/from it! Looks great though; nicely done.

I used that range TI cause it was "free". I bought a flow thru thermometer, but it didn't really fit. I work at an instrumentation type company that is closing down, so the 1/2" ball valve all the fittings, and the TI were free. I basically bought the plate chiller, the pump and the 1/4" ball valve, then tubed it up w 1/2" electropolished SS tubing.
I was real close to buying a sabco chill wizard, then said, screw it, ill make my own.

I recently updated my brewing system, which I built and made similar to a sabco as well. No pics yet but soon.
