p.s.

I want to use kegs for my kettles, and i would like to start brewing 10 gallon batches to save time. Anyone know the amount of liquid that a standard keg can hold??

A standard keg will hold 15.5 gallons if filled to the rim. More than enough room for a 12-14 gallon boil for a 10G batch.
